Travel across a fragmented land, solve puzzles, overcome obstacles, and maybe try to find glimpse of your past life.

You play as Mira, a little child constantly followed by her shadow. Mira has the ability to revert her fate by returning on the position occupied by her shadow, which follows her with a few seconds of delay.

Mira: Shadow of The Past is a 2D puzzle platform, in which good timing and reflexes and a keen mind are essential to move forward in the adventure. The mechanic of "time warp" allows for a creative level design and requires the player to think not only spatially, but also temporally.

Our little protagonist is followed by an echo of herself, which replicates her exact movement with a small delay.

Install instructions

Windows

  • Download the .zip file
  • Unzip it
  • (Optional) Create a shortcut for the file "Mira - Shadow Of The Past.exe" on the desktop
  • Double click on the file "Mira - Shadow Of The Past.exe"
  • If you have the Windows Antivirus active in your computer, it might reveal a menace in the zip file. Don't worry, it's a false positive, the uploaded file has been scanned through different malware detection system, and it's completly safe. 

Mac

  • Download the .zip file
  • Double click on the file "Mira - Shadow Of The Past.app"
  • If you receive the "Apple could not verify" message you can follow the instructions on this site https://support.apple.com/en-us/102445.
  • After that click "Open Anyway".


Linux

  • Download the .zip file
  • Unzip it
  • (Optional) Create a shortcut for the file "Mira - Shadow Of The Past.x86_64" on the desktop
  • Right click on the file "Mira - Shadow Of The Past.x86_64"
  • Click on properties
  • Toggle the "Executable as Program"

Consult the file "Controls.txt" for the game controls, if needed (you will find all the instructions in game anyway).
