Hackland Prototype
This is a work-in-progress version of the final demo. The level selector is temporary and only used to test each environment individually. For the best experience, we recommend playing the game in full-screen.
You are the Traveler, a wandering process lost inside a dying system, searching for the fragments of your own forgotten past.
Something watches this world.
An ancient Entity moves through the ruins, hunting you, rewriting the environment, and sending corrupted forces to erase what remains of you.
This prototype is a vertical slice of a larger project.
You will explore interconnected rooms, fight hostile corrupted routines, and experiment with abilities like Rebuild(), Freeze(), and Extort() while uncovering echoes of what you were… and what you’re being turned into.
This build focuses on core systems: movement, combat, abilities, and atmosphere.
