Bonds of Cards

Bonds of Cards is a game that mixes up the Visual Novel genre with characteristics seen in Card Games. As an high school student with high social anxiety you are not able to easily talk with others, but thanks to a trusty deck of cards you'll have the opportunity to express your emotions and opinions! Experience these last few days of your school life alternating between lessons and breaks where you'll be able to talk with the classmates you prefer. Play your cards right in order to create new unshakable bonds!

Beta release

What's new:

• Revamped UI, with a different color scheme and art-style to fit more the nature of the game
• Full audio with music and sounds effects
• The Mood Bar has been added to the Dialogue Phases: now each card played will affect the character's mood, giving a more in-depth feedback
• Added a new Day with a special event based on the character with the highest friendship level
• Added the Diary: an additional menu where you can keep track of your relationships and some informations about the characters
• Added questlines: each character has a 2-steps questline that will trigger when using specific cards. Completing a step will trigger new scenes at the end of the day and update the diary

Commands:

P or ESC to open Pause Menu.

Mouse left click on dialogue box to progress with dialogue during Visual Novel scene

Mouse left click to select cards during Conversations (card games), click Help during Deckbuilding and Battle for more information.
