When the player dies, they want to get to where they were as quicly as possible, but the character just feels slugish and heavy when the player is rushing to get to where they were.
I'd suggest to either make the animation much quickier or make the characte skip to the next spot in the grid automatically when the player presses the move button quickly, like in Tomb Raider Go. In that game, Lara snaps to her next position when the player presses the movement buttons in quick succesion.
Also, I didn't manage to go further than level 3. It can be me being dumb to puzzle games but it just seemed very hard to go through the spikes when the charater is so slow.

I really like the graphics! Still I report the same issue of being a little bit challenging. I also had prolems in level 3 to figure out from where to shoot to the levers, probably because of the isometric view. Still nice game with beautiful graphics!
Edited: I found out that pausing the game does not prevent cuby from losing health, idk if it was intended
I think in game you lose a lot of life, especially in level 3 were you have to be perfect otherwise you die. Also i wouldn't add the 3 life and then you have to restart all the game from the beginning, since all the level are a unique puzzle and if you have already solved it, it became boring to fo it again just to go on with the game
